the "backend" package. This should be tidied up to make it clear what should be
downloaded.

we have just released qooxdoo 0.6.4. As you might have already noticed,
the main improvement is the localization and internationalization
support. We have enhanced the framework and the build system to
seamlessly integrate standard gettext tools for translation of the
framework
