Release?

Are we at a state where we could release? I'd like to get Net::SMTP::ESMTP released before OSCON (so I can do a lightning talk on it), but I rely on an installed qpsmtpd instance for the test suite (go figure, you need an MTA to test a SMTP client). Anything I can do to help (apart from
