BATV stands for Bounce Address Tag Validation and VERP stands for Variable

That's sad, I really think that BATV/VERP is the best thing since sl
TipJar::MTA is damn close to qmail-send + qmail-remote in perl

Sorry, can't help you there; I am mostly the way towards rewriting the
Linux kernel in Perl (I'm having some problems with the bootstrapping
code ;)...
