With a big blister, I stick a pin in the side and press the liquid out. Careful not to tear the skin. Apply an antibiotic cream and a bandage. It is very vulnerable to germs at this time, so keep it covered. The worst thing you can do is tear the skin off and leave it exposed. Almost
