Hi Eric, I have been using the ROHO Quadtro cushions since 2005.  I started out on a 3 high (custom) and now I use a ROHO High Profile Quadtro and used a regular style cushion before that.  The ROHO Quadtro is just as tough as a standard ROHO.  One time I had the right rear part of a cushion

I tried an Aquila cushion and sent it back because the bladders kept deflating.  This was when it was new to the market, however and may be a very good product now.  If anyone tries one, I'd like to hear about it! I have also tried the Quatro.  I had problems with sores caused by the seams
