I have to limit greens because I’m on blood thinner but have been trying to eat more protein. I tend to heal quickly so that is a plus. Dr said I would want to choke him after first few bowel movements……lol! I may eat a bunch of grapes tomorrow……that seems to always cause me accidents. My follo

Well I did it. I had surgery on my hemorrhoids Monday. They didn't do a spinal block...just sedation and local anesthetic. They kept me for observation overnight and I came home Tuesday afternoon. All was good until I came home. I got nauseated on the way home so I ate some soup and took a phenagr
