[QUAD-L] Meds for tingling?

I use to take a med for the buning tingling in my arms, but I can't recall the name. My insurance stopped covering it so I switched to Lyrica. What other meds do they use? Lyrica just does not work for me... Thanks, Greg

[QUAD-L] Phoenix SCI Doc

Anyone know of a good SCI doctor in the Phoenix area? I haven't seen one in quite awhile. My primary care doc is good, but he just doesn't know enough about SCI stuff. The lady I saw years ago I liked, but she moved. I would think St Joe's / Banner should have some good ones. Thanks, Greg

[QUAD-L] Heat Lamp?

Anyone use any kind of heat lamp? When I get so shakey, the sun helps so much. I thought I might try some kind of heat / sun lamp for when in bed. I heard the lights for that seasonal disorder don't put out heat? Anyone try one? Thanks
