I use to take a med for the buning tingling in my arms, but I can't recall the
name.
My insurance stopped covering it so I switched to Lyrica.
What other meds do they use? Lyrica just does not work for me...

Anyone know of a good SCI doctor in the Phoenix area?
I haven't seen one in quite awhile. My primary care doc is good, but he just
doesn't know enough about SCI stuff.
The lady I saw years ago I liked, but she moved.
I would think St Joe's / Banner should have some good ones.

The SAD lamps are great for depression or just giving your brain and eyes much
needed light during the winter. My Mom uses one and it helps her out a lot.
But there is no heat. You'll Ned a small space heater. Bobbie

When I get so shakey, the sun helps so much. I thought I might try some kind of
heat / sun lamp for when in bed.
I heard the lights for that seasonal disorder don't put out heat? Anyone try
one?
