Anyone ever heard of a quad doing surgery on a quad gut? Mines not real big, but can get uncomfortable. It often feels like it's extended, bloated. I use a binder for blood pressure and it helps with the bloated feelings, but it can fold and leave red marks. So I leave it off every few days. I
