I've seen it happen after batteries were changed by non certified tech who was in a hurry and did not double check their work. Loose cables don't issue or generate an systems error codes. But one has to start with basic energy before going to steps 2,3, 4 , 5 and so on. Best Wishes In

I had the battiried changed a few months ago. I think that was the issue. Had the battery box opened and it started working, then went dead again. Then the wire fell off.
