It would be best to go see a doctor. I had a red spot on my butt and when it finally broke open I found out there was a sore building up under the skin, tunneling. So sore was about 3 cm deep, actually going sideways slightly, before it ever broke open. The doctor said sometimes you can tell there
that is something only your primary doctor should advise.

Don't think they call for antibiotics for that---but Lantiseptic is very good
