Hi Bobbie, I am not a Buddhist, but I have read a lot about the teachings, and found many useful ways to live my life with. I do agree with both you and Kaye about keeping a positive attitude toward ourselves and toward others. I was 22 with two sons and a wife when I had my accident.

Hi Dillon, I have cut caffeine out completely, and I feel better for doing it. You can drink too much water and flush your system of what it needs to run. That's why there is Gatorade on the shelves of the stores today, to put back what you flush out. As for as proteins goes, they are

Dillon, Yes, it is challenging to stay vocationally and socially active. I have been off work since January 3 healing a pressure sore and I absolutely hate to miss work. I miss my coworkers, the clients, the work itself, being involved and active and productive and earning a paycheck.
