Greg, I'm a fellow sufferer of the ice arms and general all over cold feeling.  Mine seems to be tied to my bladder so I irrigate a couple times a week to keep the bacteria count down.  That and a combination of Lyrica and the tricyclic antidepressant imipramine.

The hotter it is outside the more the air conditioner runs inside even if the thermostat is turned up a bit. The humidity lowers inside combined with the fact you are a quad is probally making you cold. Its hard to fight this because your movement is limited. If you have a fever chills would be

I am just not sleeping. Tried everything. It's a few issues, not falling asleep, waking up every 10 minutes, Waking up at 2am and not get getting back to sleep, etc. Lately it's feeling cold.   It was really bad for awhile, but the last few months were better. Now it's back. Even if I fall asleep,
