Yes it was/is permanent. No regrets at all.
Do you "feel" any different other than the pain?
What kind of pain is it?
I have none stop all, at T-12 anyway

Was the ryzodomy surgery to cut the nerves at T-12 a permanent solution?
I have sensation to touch all over my body. I don't really want to lose the
ability to feel. Just want the painful part to go away?

Isn't odd that you/we don't think nothing of breaking your back?!
I had surgery to cut the nerves at T-12 called a ryzodomy. It was to stop
extreme leg spasms, and it did the job.
