It seems my Facebook account is corrupted on my old laptop but it works alright on my new one. I'm using my old laptop now and I need to do something to fix this problem. I am unable to use my new computer any longer because it crashes about once a month and without hands I am unable to get it working again without waiting sometimes for half a day for someone to show up that is willing to assist me. Am not in a position to be relying on an unreliable laptop. If I had hands it would not be an insurmountable issue.
I'm thinking maybe I need to remove Facebook from this computer and reinstall it, but I don't know if I would lose my information if I do that. Facebook is important to me, because it is how I keep track of my groups and my children. I'm hesitant to do anything without researching the procedure and consequences first because I don't want to lose my information I have stored on Facebook and especially being connected to my friends. I tend to jump from the frying pan right into the burning fire when I attempt to delete and reinstall things on computers. Please advise if you know what to do.
