If you are seeing whitish material it is probably mucas and nothing to worry about. Stones would be dark and sink to the bottom. > I want to sit for very long hours and start looking for job. i am > sitting for just 3 hours at a stretch now. please help me in this . Being a paraplegic you have use of your arms, you need to start doing regular pressure releases (about every 7-10 minutes or so) by using your arms to push down on either your tires or your wheelchair armrests to raise your bottom up off your cushion so that blood can flow freely. It is also good exercise, hold yourself up for 15-30 sec (you could try leaning from side to side often too). You will find this becomes a natural habit very quickly. >I use scooter tube inflated with air and water to sit.< Can you put a thin foam pillow or cushion on the tube? Do you keep it only partialy inflated (not to hard)? > all suggestions are welcome. > Thank you > Ajith Hope the tips help. Stuntman -- It's not the fall that hurts.
