Mine is in the shape of a C and it is starting to push my hip out.

I went pretty long (20-25 years) with everything going OK. No meds at all,
just the antibiotics for a UTI now and then.
Butt then everything just went bad. I blame it all on when the back of my
Permobil broke and I fell backwards into a flat position. Caused hip
problems about a year later. Lots o

I have it quite a bit now.
I have one pad pushing my lower ribs to the left and one pad push my upper
ribs to the right.
That helps me sit straighter.
