OK no one has mentioned my way yet. I squirt it on the side of the
sink & wipe the brush in it. I also do hair mousse that way.
I'm not too proud!
I use the stand up tube for toothpaste, unscrew the cap, suck a small
amount of toothpaste in my mouth, replace cap, pick up my crest spinbrush and
brush my teeth.
Having used an electric toothbrush I would not go back to a manual
brush.
The dentist sees a big differe
I use a brush with a flat handle (Reach) so it will lie bristle-up while I
apply paste. Then I pick it up and go at it.

I got one of those. It was very hard to hold. Plus, I always bite the brush
to turn it to do my other side. But biting the Sonicare to turn it was not
easy.
