[QUAD-L] Twitter

Is anyone having issues with Twitter? I have 2 accounts and though all my settings are set correct often others can't see my twts. One account the notifications work, but often people don't get mine. Those that do, if they reply I get a notice.   The other only gets notifications if someone

Off topic, but hopped you can help. I never used Twitter, but had an account just to read a few. I started using it, but not sure how this works. If I just send a twt, not addressed, it goes to everyone following me... and shows on my page. right but if I send a twt to @john. I thought only
