Sometimes just using smaller plates will give them the illusion they are
eating less and therefore they will take in less.

to reduce the caloric intake to an appropriate level based on activity.
Most days I sit at a computer working, my meals consist of a small bowl of
grain based cereal w/ soy milk @ 7:30a, Sandwich &
Substatution works better than dening yourself. Brainstorm for what can be
done. You have to.

Consider a good diet of intake without the sugars, white flour and empty
calories. Have you discussed this issue with his primary doctor and the

I am trying to get him to reduce his intake but he gets pissed if I deny him
any goodies. His calorie intake a day is about 2500-3500.
