I have been seeing the occupational therapist for a few weeks, but I really
don't see any improvement. Thankfully the warm weather has diminished a lot
of my pain. I'm also getting used to my chair.

my shoulder. I saw an orthopedist today and all he did was write me two
RX's for PT, OT and pain management.
I can't put a coat or sweater any more as of mid-February or brush the
back of my hair.
