You are right, most people would take advantage of a program like that and
abuse it, unfortunately.

I've been considering trying to start a nonprofit organization, but before I
do something new, I'd like to know if anything similar currently exists.
As we all know, businesses react to disability in different ways. Most
ignore us. Some take the opportunity to charge very high rates. The major
