Yes, a heat lamp does work, but as cautioned, keep an eye on it. I use a 75 watt, red, no closer than 30 inches. Years ago I had the lamp on and the polyester cover laying over a metal bedrail caught fire. If nothing else works, I will go to the lamp. HOWEVER: My new treatment methods: Pu
