back on topic - 610 RAM

On my 610, will 2x16 be enough RAM, or should I go ahead and invest in 2x32 RAM sticks. The machine is mostly going to be used for surfing by 56k modem and some word processing functions. If the extra RAM will make it able to do image manipulations, even slowly compared to today's standards,
