No, but I can't think of any reason why you couldn't, as long as the
SCSI IDs are different.

No, but it is certainly possible.
There are CD bezels for the bottom device tray of a 9150 which will work.
(The speaker bezel of a 9150 contains the floppy drive, and the upper
device tray contains the tape drive).
