Hi all, this is a bunch of cleanups to the SNMP code, in particular removing the somewhat ugly event-loop integration.
Unfortunately, it somewhat increases messyness in the linked-list code. It's like sweeping leaves from one corner of the yard into another... then again, I think the uglyness in thread_fetch() was way worse and overall the mess is better after this.
