means the sale of mine is inevitable to take advantage of getting on the
property ladder whilst prices are low. Ever hopefull and thought it was worth
a shot!!

Not much but add I live on a hill and I had to pick up a VIP, so I had a MERC.
It took me 25 mins just to drive to the M40!
a 5 min drive normally.

Weather fine here up in the far north of Scotland, dry with a very cold
