Price will go up? Maybe That's if the saving is real ie If I go into a dealer and negotiate a deal for 7.5k for a new car, then say Oh I have an old trade in, will I then get it for 5.5k? I suspect not. Can i buy a new kit car and get 2k off by trading in an old banger? That would be a deal!
