After I lost my Xtreme last year in the accident and got insurance
payout at Christmas, I started looking for a new car a few weeks ago.
I was looking for a prebuilt example this time so that I could use it
quickly and save the hassle of SVA, etc and it wasn't going to be
another Xtreme or yellow
I thought they were standard XR2i ones but H4 owners may be able to
confirm it.

Hi All,
Any one got any answers for this one?
Carole's 2+2 (1.6 CVH) is a good starter most of the time, but just lately
it has been giving us problems.
If it's left for more than a week or so it wont start!
The battery is good and the engine turns over well and there is a good
spark.
I think the
Hello Richard,
Just checked on Carole's 2+2, don't have a tape measure with me but arm
move's about 40mm or in old terms one and a half to one and five eights of
an inch.

Hi all,
Could someone out there with a 2+2 please do me a favour?
Measure the distance moved by the end of the clutch operating arm for a full
pedal depression.
I don't think mine is moving far enough, the clutch only partly disengages.
I seem to have some lost motion at the rubber bung at th
The DCNFs are now set up and running well with the idle jets changed
from 50 to 55 and now 60 (still with the 36 mm chokes). Managed approx
200 miles to a tank on a "spirited" drive to the DC museum last
weekend, so quite happy with that. Passed MOT as well.
