The cold start unit was the culprit because the pipe going to it appeared to be
complete with no splits but the jubilee was old and useless and the pipe slid
on and off as it pleased.
The car now has a nice regular tickover as it should.

H. If I had the cash I'd be very tempted to buy the xtreme and swap the 2+2
engine into it.
By the way Jim's brother totally worships his cars and if someone was to buy it
they'd probably be getting the bargain of the year.

These cars go rather well with the 1.6 in too, big difference over the
old 1.1 crossflow it use
My concern on this one is that I'd rather have the whole thing fitted;
I'm not sure enough of my putting-holes-in-the-right-place abilities
for adding poppers and the header bar. I'd be concerned with how much
stretch is the right amount...
