All the Quantum ones were red as far as i know. If they are black original Ford ones they will have 2 or 3 coloured bands about 1cm wide painted round a turn of the coil. You only real way of finding out is to take the springs off the car and measure them. Or wait until Stoneleigh and measure

Springs are black, not Red and I can see no markings on them. As said previously rear springs are sitting at 250mm approx. with car sitting on ground, so at a guess might be about 307mm (std rear 1100cc length) when not under load. So the spacer on Rear shock (about 50-60mm) can be removed and
