Niall,
I think the seals were all after market ones. The main door seal is
possibly the only one from the donor that could have been used.
The others around the roof section were self-adhesive P and D shaped seals.
Rob and his team at Quantum Cars might have better details to hand if you
contact them, failing that I can look through my records next week.
