I've never found anybody who can decode the Tag, not even my tame Ford
dealer.
91 means the year it was first used so it's from a Mk3 Fiesta or Mk4 or
5 Escort.
You can measure the gear ratios and final drive by turning the input
shaft and counting the output shaft revolutions.

Anyone got info on how to decode the alloy identification tag on Ford BC
cvh gearboxes? - my web searching has not found anything definitive to
