I have very good night vision so maybe i am lucky So long as I was not
changing course I'd have no problem on the side lights stopping, I.e a straight
line or continuous bend.
You should be diving at a speed where you can stop in the distance that is
clear. Therefore as soon as the lights go

And, I'm sorry Matthew, but just go out in the dark and try driving on
sidelights. They certainly aren't enough to drive at more than 10mph
or so, if that. Unless all the roads you drive on are streetlit. We
don't have that luxury in the wilds of East Yor

side of the headlights, either main or dip. Sods Law states that is
the side that the bulb will go on, and the bulb will blow

previous owner disconnected them. So hence re-wiring the front.
Would it be best to use these rectifier's or replace them with the
diodes that where supposed to be there?
Also is the relay for the headlight flap normal
