Thanks Jim ,Tony I will put the gasket in, by the way talking of clutches i know that you have to use the flywheel from the 1800 zetec as the 2 litre one will not fit,but as i am useing the gearbox from the sierra should i use the cvh clutch as well? Mike

Hi guys Can anybody tell me if you have to put the metal gasket between the type 9 gearbox and engine block of a 2 litre zetec and if you do will this afect the crank position sensor to operate? any advicethankfully recieved Mike ___
