I wanted to have an Ubuntu VM, so I downloaded the ISO image in sys-net and
created a QVM. When I attempt to start the QVM, it says there are no bootable
devices, and there is a problem copying the file to dom0 so that I can boot
from (it doesn't show up). I have tried running a command on the
I was messing around, and I figured out that the internet actually works on
sys-net when I add Firefox to it. However, on anon-whonix and any other vault,
the internet does not work. I have noticed that Firefox in sys-net is set to
use system proxy settings, but when I set that on Whonix or a
When I try to ping the router, "connect: Network is unreachable" appears.
I have a Whonix Gateway, and it cannot connect to Tor. I haven't run the
monitoring tools on it yet, and I don't believe I know how to (because I am
relatively inexperienced with this).
Running ifconfig on sys-net

1) Qubes is an excellent networking lab / playground to learn about
InfoSec.

I'm using QubesOS 4.0 RC1 and trying to get a Smart Card reader working thought
the sys-usb.
I've tried with an AppVM based on the fedora-25 template and the USB attachment
to the AppVM works OK every time:
[user@test-fedora25 ~]$ sudo dmesg
