Yep I just realised that the ISO is actually an Installer. What I did is 1) DD'ed the ISO to a 32GB flash drive and the boot on it. 2) I plugged my 1TB usb drive The Qubes installer starts and I see the "Destination" option However it doesn't allow me to select my 100GB partition. The drive is

Hi, Qubes OS version: Qubes-R4.0 After restoring VM from a backup (R3.2), all applications have been automatically included in the list of available apps. They appear in the VM’s submenu ("start menu" in dom0). When I click on shortcut, the assigned application is not running in its AppVM. I

No surprise there - TPM's are a proprietary "security" gimmick probably invented for DRM. One doesn't really need them if you use coreboot with an embedded kernel or with grub and kernel code signing and of course write-lock the flash chip. Raptor Engineering/Raptor Computing System's FlexVER is
