The new template is out. The way to install it is with:
sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.anon-whonix
If you previously had Whonix 14 installed, change 14 to 15 with:
sudo vim /srv/formulas/base/virtual-machines-formula/qvm/whonix.jinja
