When I come back to my computer
and log in on the dom0 lock screen, the machine often just reboots.
Has anybody seen this?
Any suggestions how to debug?

special move there: disable autostart for sys-usb
that way you can fix your system a lot easier / more convenient if
you manage to break
A quick update to this:
I ended up restoring a backup from last week. This time I have not bothered
with a sys-usb so hopefully my keyboard and mouse won't get locked out again.
The only problem now is that my usb printer/scanner is no longer detected.

To stay using a USB modem directly plugged into the pc, this seems to be the
best option:

Else it is possible to connect the USB modem to the pc’s LAN-port by using

I’m thinking about connecting a HUAWEI E3372 USB modem to the LAN-port on my

Does anyone have experience using TP-LINK TL-MR3420
Hi,
Thank you very much. I've succeeded creating a new key pair in whonix-ws,
sending it to my mail VM and importing into the work-gpg via
qubes-gpg-import-key command.
Best Regards

All the idea behind this is to keep your keys in a safe place (VM without
network), isolated from your application VM.
I've installed the work-gpg (keys vault) and created a mail VM with Thunderbird
and Enigmail.
While Enigmail cannot create new keys on the vault (I have to manually import

Dear awokd, thanks for your answer.
My Nvidia GPU is *unused in Qubes*, but it *is used* for gaming on Win10.
I got some switches to enable/disable a different hdd/ssd. I'm working on
SSD1 (Qubes) and gaming is on a separate SSD2 (Win10).
The only AMD card i own is very old, sorry that does

Thanks Aleksander for the links. They were very helpful. I was able to
successfully downgrade qubes-vm-gui to v4.0.27 and recover archlinux
without having to rebuild the template. But I had to modify 4.0.27 PKGBUILD
since it was so outdated. Thanks to seberm for maintaining this package.

hi,
I got this working on my laptop (dual 4K monitors), but It’s complicated, and
compromised the security of dom0 (if that’s okay for you depends on your
reasons for using Qubes)
I’ve sketched out the steps i took below, these intentionally are not step by
step instructions. It’s fragile and
