Hello,
I mistakenly tried installing the qubes-windows-tools in a fresh windows 7 vm,
and while most things seemed to work, I must have done something to break
something to do with qrexec rpc calls.
Most inter-vm communication fails with some kind of request refused error. For
example, I
¿What computer? Only use Whonix under Hidden Service.

My Qubes is closing my windows 10 VMs which are based on my Win10 template
after 60 seconds, even though they are ok. It says
Domain win10 failed to start: cannot connect to qrexec agent for 60 seconds
even though it already had started and I was using it.
It happened after I installed
everything ir working except for GUI (obviously wont and installer wont
even install it) and filesystem.
Copy and paste, send and receive files, do work

In the Nyx in sys-whonix I spotted on the first page, top right the Tor
0.4.2.6 unrecommended (the "unrecommended" is in red) line. I run latest
qubes, all templates fully updated.
Is the Tor 0.4.2.6 really not recommended or is it whonix/qubes specific?
Thank you!

Hello, I have sadly been confronted with the exact same problem. I followed the
given steps only to find out that no windows of any form or kind is present on
the drive :(. Since there has been no further steps on how to proceed with this
case I desperately am asking for help.
Thank you for any
I ran out of space on a thin lvm pool due to a runaway process. This corrupted
/var/lib/qubes/qubes.XML which I restored from a backup.
To recover space, I cleared 2GB of logs RM -rf /var/log/*
I then had to mkdir /var/log/qubes
Now qubesd service starts, but on reboot no VMs start at all,
I recently made a fedora 30 based standalone VM so i wouldnt have to
goop up my templates with some employer-required programs.
It was working fine for a day or two but earlier today I sat down and
wasnt able to start any programs up in this standalown vm?
I hhave tried from the appfinder menu
