deleting and re-making sys-whonix from whonix-gw-15 didnt work, but
deleting all of them and running the salt to remake all of them did work.

After Debian-11 isn't supported yet under Qubes and so I didn't took a
deeper look into this.
Still on Debian-10 and the Debial-11 qube was deleted right after awokd's
post.
