Hello, Is the Qubes Firewall a network firewall or an application-based firewall? Does it have any real time allowing/blocking of applications? or Is a qubes user completely responsible for allowing apps in an AppVM to connect to the internet via a FirewallVM? Thank you. -- You received this

Hi, Full disk encryption is enabled by default in Qubes OS. But what about BIOS, Bootloader and kernel (or kernels as different VMs would have different kernels associated with them) Coreboot (if used as a replacement for BIOS) does not have a password verification feature:
