[qubes-users] Did I break my Qubes drive?

Qubes is drive1, theres a mix of partitions on drive2. Installed SteamOS on a spare partition on drive2 BETWEEN a Windows Boot/Page/etc Partition and another partition. Before SteamOS was installed it was: Bootable Windows Partition | Nothing | Another part Once SteamOS was installed it

Dual monitors. Tried removing second monitor but behavior is the same. I updated to Fedora 32 and updated some AppVMs. I noticed the following on bootup: dom0 settings panels open mostly or a bit off screen, never in acceptable area. Not ever able to see window titlebar. dom0 windows such as
