I'm a bit of a Qubes novice, this is my first setup and Ive been up and
running for about 4 months now, so I've poked into most of the corners, tho
not too deep.
Easy install, stable AF and pretty fast. I'm not terribly impressed with
playback
Why not a good document about it?

Qubes 4.0-rc3
Everything seems to be working well. Only hiccup: I've previously been
able to boot on this machine without needing to disable secure boot
(worked "right out of the box"), but after R3.2 it hangs after the
penguins without CSM enabled.
Remark:
Enable legacy CSM and disable
Rebooting in legacy mode allowed me to install, but then it wouldn't boot.
Tried the standard fixes listed in the docs, but didn't see how they were
supposed to work with 4.0, gave up. Optimistic for the future of qubes, anyway.

Can't get past grub when booting from USB.
When I select USB stick from boot device menu with secure boot on, screen
clears and almost immediately comes back to boot device menu. Disabled secure
boot, and now it gets to grub menu, but all 4 options clear screen and
immediately come back to
