[qubes-users] installer wont open

I installed qubes on my computer a couple weeks ago and it was fine. 
well I upgraded GPUs and RAM and decided I wanted to reinstall. Wiped 
the old SSD.  I upgraded from 16gb to 32gb, also i changed the gpu from 
an nvidia 1060 to a 1660. Now any time I try to boot qubes installer 
from a USB, no matter which option I choose, it shows al ittle bit of 
text for less than a minute, then goes to a black screen and stays there 
forever. I don't understand why it's doing this. I played with my bios 
settings a little bit to try and fix it, tried different USB ports, 
looked into this issue online and couldn't find much. I need help. I 
want to start using Qubes again. thank you
