OK, here is the solution. I solved it myself. You install "pavucontrol" in the internal VM.
Then ,if you look at it, you will see that the USB mic is actually detected automatically. So in fact, no need to detach anything, or disable any USB qube. You just simply install "pavucontrol" inside the App VM.
