After following the instructions outlined here:

When I run: `qvm-start my-app-vm` 
I am getting a: `ERROR: VM directory doesn't exist: 
/var/lib/qubes/appvms/my-app-vm`

Using up-to-date Qubes R3.2
Trying to store on an internal secondary drive that is mounted to dom0. 
All the commands in the doc work as expected. Just can't find the VM.
