Hello, my sys-usb (based on f-24-minimal) on Q3.2 was running perfectly - until I decided I need rsync. First dnf suggested some updates that I accepted, the I installed rsync in the template. I got a strange message "sending to .. dom0" and then "refused". OK, sometimes I get strange messages, so I shut the template down & want to reboot sys-usb. It won't. I get the qrexec daemon error, and then it dies.
