btw: "installed windows tools" is missleading. I guess you downloaded
the QWT to dom0, as you did not even install windows before step 1.

Hello together,
i try to install a win7hvm but after the first boot screen it hangs on
"Starting Windows" screen.
I tried to increase the memory, enabled the debug mode but no success.
Here my steps:
1. First installed the windows tools
2. qvm-create win7hvm --hvm --label green
3. qvm-start
