www.ntp.org, which is maintained by me and not by the ISC corps. Is the
bug you found present in the base documentation? If you are updating the
FAQ, the base documentation should be your primary reference.

Assuming your system specification allows for up to 10 ms measurement
error over two seconds, your script can result in a maximum frequency
error of 5000 PPM. Golly.
