David, The cause is not the intersection algorith, as to be considered and fail the intersection algorithm the tally code would be x. According to the current algorithm, the cause would have to be rejection by the unfit() routine for the causes cited. With regard to your comments about the

Folks, I've been collecting words for the NTP dictionary that has evolved over the last two decades. The vocabulary is a subset of what some editors have come to call millsspeak. If you read my papers, book and messaging, you know what they mean. The vocabulary is routinely abused; new words
